Soups of the Day

 

Monday - Minestrone  (vegan, low fat)  Al dente ditalini pasta and hearty white beans in a handcrafted vegetable stock with a medley of ten different garden vegetables, olive oil and aged Parmesan

 

Tuesday - Italian Wedding Soup with Meatballs  Perfectly seasoned meatballs and miniature acini di pepe pasta in a handcrafted chicken stock with spinach, onions, olive oil and sauteed garlic

 

Wednesday - Split Pea Soup with Ham  (dairy-free, gluten-free)  Smoky uncured ham in a pureed blend of green split peas, onions, celery, carrots and handcrafted pork stock in a pinch of marjoram

 

Thursday - Tomato Bisque  Slow-simmered tomatoes and sauteed garlic in a handcrafted chicken stock with light cream, Spanish sherry, chopped basil, and a touch of olive oil

 

Friday - Chicken Noodle  Chunks of chicken, carrots, and hearty noodles in a homemade chicken stock
