House Roast  3 Bean Blend (African, Central American, Indonesian). Whole bean available in 12 oz bag.

 

Dark Roast Organic  2 Bean Blend (Indonesian, South American). Whole bean available in 12 oz bag.

 

Espresso  3 Bean Blend (Guatemala, Brazil, Honduras). Our custom roast, prepared in our La Marzocca, and served in our classic ceramic cups to stay, and our specially sized paper cups to go. Whole bean available in 12 oz bag.

 

Latte  A luxurious cup (12 ounces or 16 ounces) of coffee with espresso, steamed milk and finished with a thin layer of foamed milk embellished with art, it’s meant to be lingered over. 

 

Americano   Espresso for the American palate, with the addition of just the right amount of hot water. We owe this beverage to American G.I.s stationed in Italy during the Second World War, who preferred their European brews “watered down” to taste more like the good ol’ cups of Joe familiar to them from back home.

 

Café au Lait   Coffee with steamed milk and a thin layer of milk foam. Simply delicious!

 

Cappuccino (Hot or Iced)  Small (8 ounce) and Large (12 ounce). Espresso with equal amounts of steamed milk and frothy milk. 

 

Macchiato  Comes in an espresso-size cup, with lightly microfoamed milk on top. The heat of the milk is lower than a latte or cappuccino.

 

Cortado  A Spanish-inspired drink, served in a Gibraltar glass: 2 ounces of espresso, 2 ounces of milk. Not too hot. Not too frothy. Completely enjoyable.

           

Mocha, (Hot or Iced)  An irresistible blend of espresso and chocolate.

 

Chai Latte (Hot or Cold)  A spicy drink of black tea with a delicious combination of green tea, cinnamon, clove, orange blossom and ginger added to steamed milk. We can sweeten to your taste.

 

Cold Brew  Our cold-filtered immersion process results in a smooth, refreshing, nonacidic, and—we must confess—addictive iced coffee.

Matcha Latte  Ceremonial Grade Green tea leaves finely ground dissolved into steamed milk.

Hot Chocolate  Our version is generously sized, and never too sweet.  

 

Hot Vanilla  The non-chocolate “hot chocolate”—flavored with vanilla and steamed milk, and if you like, a sprinkling of cinnamon.
